Service Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy applies to services, appointments, packages and prepaid treatments booked at our salon.

Due to the nature of personal care services and the time reserved specifically for each client, all services are subject to the policy below.

Appointments and Cancellations

  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours in advance may result in the loss of deposit or full service charge.
  • No-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service value.
  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time or cancellation, depending on availability, and will still be charged in full.

Deposits and Prepaid Services

  • Deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward your service on the day of your appointment.
  • Prepaid services, packages, or memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
  • Prepaid services may be rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy above.

Refunds

Refunds are not offered for completed services.

Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

  • A service was not delivered due to a salon-related issue
  • A booking was cancelled by the salon

Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable processing timeframe.

Unsatisfactory Services

If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours of your appointment.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • A service adjustment or correction
  • A partial or full-service credit (not a cash refund)

No refunds or credits will be issued after this period.

Sale and Promotional Services

Services booked as part of a promotion, discount, or special offer are non-refundable.

Promotional services may not be exchanged for other treatments or credited.

Exchanges

We only exchange items from the boutique concept store if they are defective or damaged. Items can only be exchanged up to 30 days after purchase, and the receipt has to be presented to us at the front desk.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Gift cards and service vouchers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Gift cards may be used toward any eligible service within their validity period.
  • Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced.

Health and Safety

Services may be refused if:

  • A client has a medical condition or contraindication not disclosed prior to treatment
  • The service is deemed unsafe or inappropriate by our professionals

In such cases, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered at management’s discretion.
